  • Appointments: All appointments must be made through text message for clarity and consistency. This allows us to maintain clear communication regarding scheduling, changes, and confirmations. Please send your request to 817-800-1005, and we will respond with available time slots and confirmation of your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please text us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

  • Payment & Fees:
    • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and Zelle.
    • Pricing Transparency: All prices for services are available upon request or can be found on our website. We believe in transparency, and we are happy to provide a detailed breakdown of services and pricing before you book. All prices will depend on the size, condition of the coat, and temperament.
    • Deposits: A deposit may be required for certain services or during peak seasons to secure your appointment. This deposit will be credited toward your total service cost. This deposit is non-refundable if your appointment is missed.
    • Late Fees: To respect all of our clients, we ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A late fee will be charged if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. If you are more than 30 minutes late without notifying us, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
    • No-Shows & Cancellations: If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours, a cancellation fee will apply. This helps us accommodate other clients who may need the time slot.
  • Vaccination Requirements: We require the proof of rabies. You can send a photo or bring it with you.
  • Pet Behavior & Safety: In order to ensure the safety of all pets and employees the grooming will be stopped if the pets behavior is not able to be controlled by two people.
  • Emergency Procedures: If you have a pet with any health issues please let us know so we can have a plan in place.
  • Customer Responsibilities: Please provide accurate information and notify staff of any special needs.

Pickup & Closing Time Policy

At Bow Wow Billie’s, we are dedicated to providing top-notch care for your pets while managing our operations efficiently. To ensure smooth operations and keep costs manageable, we have established the following pickup and closing time policy.

Closing Time Policy

We close for the day once the last dog has been picked up. If all dogs are picked up before our regular closing time, our facility will close early.
